The Five Pillars of Female Collective
Mental Health. Physical Health. Relationship Health. Sexual Health. Financial Health.
Mental Health. Physical Health. Relationship Health. Sexual Health. Financial Health.
Female Collective is a community for those who reject the social constructs of the patriarchy and status quo. We unite, activate, and amplify voices of all races, ages, sexualities, and classes to encourage radical self-love and self-care through daily exploration practice of the vulnerable and shadowy sides of our own mental, physical, relationship, sexual and financial health.
When we care for ourselves and thrive as individuals, we can better support each other as a community. These five pillars are the framework of wellness that we strive to align with as individuals and as a global community of self-lovin’ humans.
Mental Health
We’ll never stop talking about mental health. While there are many important facets to it, how we talk to ourselves remains our biggest focus. As the voice we hear most, our self-talk greatly impacts our mental health. When we speak highly of ourselves, we are empowered…so at FC, we empower!Physical Health
While we aren’t fitness fanatics, we are advocates for movement, pleasure and self-expression. We know that our physical and mental health are directly linked and one cannot exist without the other. We stay attuned to our physical needs and embrace the magic of our bodies.Relationship Health
One of our greatest needs as humans is connection. From connection to ourselves to friends to family to partners to coworkers, the health of our relationships and the time we invest in them are integral to how we feel about ourselves. The more we invest in all our relationships, the richer our lives will be.Sexual Health
Everyone deserves joy and pleasure! The femme sexual experience has never been explored or prioritized, so we’re working to change that by embracing exploration of our sensuality. The more we know ourselves and our needs, the better we understand our unique path to pleasure. We live by the FC holy trinity: hydrate, mediate, masturbate.Financial Health
We think of money as empowerment, rather than power. Our work supports the creation of new social constructs that support upward financial mobility and equality for women and non-binary folks. We believe a more equitable future for everyone is possible.
